New MC, no loads? There's a reason — and a fix.
You got your authority, your insurance, your truck — and the phone doesn't ring. Brokers filter new MCs with no review history because they can't tell you from a scam. Our program does two jobs at once: books your truck this week, and builds the Central Dispatch standing that makes brokers book you on your own.
The problem
Why a new MC starves
Auto transport runs on reputation systems — Central Dispatch ratings above all. A broker choosing between a 200-review carrier and your zero-review MC picks the known quantity every time, even at a higher rate. And here's the trap nobody tells you at MC-filing time: brokers almost never leave reviews unprompted. You can run fifty clean loads and still show a near-empty profile.
So new carriers get stuck in the starvation loop: no reviews → only the worst-paying loads → barely surviving → no time to chase reviews → still no reviews.
The fix
Dispatch that matures your authority
- We book you now. Our dispatchers work the boards and broker relationships daily for our own trucks — your truck gets the same desk.
- Review outreach on every completed load. The follow-up nobody has time for is our backoffice's job — it's how a profile goes from empty to established in months instead of years.
- Clean paperwork, every time. Fast BOLs and invoicing make brokers comfortable rebooking a young MC — and make them say yes when we ask for the review.
- Standing that compounds. Every point of rating opens better boards and better rates. A year in, your MC is an asset — one you own, not us.
Run by the dispatch division of Flawless Freight (USDOT 4114501) — a carrier that went through MC maturation itself, on its own trucks. Full program details at load-agent.com.
FAQ
New-authority questions
Why won't brokers book my new MC?
Most brokers filter out carriers with young authority and no review history — a new MC on Central Dispatch with zero reviews looks identical to a double-brokering scam, so they skip it. It's not personal; it's their fraud filter. The fix is building verifiable standing, which is exactly what this program does.
How long does it take to build good standing on Central Dispatch?
Brokers rarely leave reviews unprompted — realistically it takes 6–8+ months of deliberate, load-by-load outreach. Our backoffice requests the review on every load you complete, which is the difference between standing that builds and standing that stalls.
Can I run under your authority while my MC matures?
In some cases — we run a 20%-of-gross program under our authority for drivers and carriers with a clean record. But most new MCs are better served maturing their own authority with our dispatch and review-building behind them: a year in, you own an asset — a rated MC — instead of renting ours.
What do you need from me to start?
MC/DOT, COI, W-9, truck and trailer specs, preferred lanes and home-time needs, plus access to your load boards (Super Dispatch, Central Dispatch, Ship.Cars, Haully) via user access or a private handoff — we never take credentials over the phone.
