Dispatch pricing, published

Most dispatch services make you call to hear a number. Here are ours — the same tiers we quote on the phone, with what each one actually includes. Percent of gross, billed weekly, no contract.

The tiers

Three ways to run with us

ProgramFee

All programs run under your own authority and book 5–9 car haulers only (5-car minimum). Core add-ons: call tracking ($199/mo + $99 setup) and bookkeeping & P&L ($499/mo + $599 setup) — call tracking is included at 10%+; books, compliance and the AI overview are included at 14%.

The math flips somewhere past 3–4 trucks — which is why our fleet rate exists, and why we'll tell you honestly when you've outgrown us.

FAQ

Pricing questions

How much do car hauler dispatch services charge?

Industry-wide, car hauler dispatch runs roughly 5–10% of gross revenue. Our tiers: 8% Core dispatch, 10% Full Service (complete backoffice including claims handling and bookkeeping), and 14% for Complete — the entire backoffice including bookkeeping, compliance, and an AI business-health overview. Fleets of 3+ trucks can qualify for 6–7%.

What does the percentage actually cover?

Core (8%): load sourcing and vetting, multi-car load building, rate negotiation, dispatch sheets, BOL flow, and invoicing coordination. Full Service (10%) adds damage-claim handling, bookkeeping and monthly P&L, call tracking, review/reputation building, and compliance support — services that otherwise bill as separate add-ons.

Is a dispatch service cheaper than hiring my own dispatcher?

For 1–2 trucks, almost always. A capable in-house dispatcher runs $3,500–5,000+/month before taxes; 8% on a truck grossing $40k is $3,200 — and it scales down automatically when the truck sits, with a whole desk behind it instead of one person who takes vacations.

When are fees due?

Weekly. We send a payment request for the week's fees, due within 24 hours via Zelle or another approved method. Fees are owed on loads dispatched regardless of when the broker pays you — because brokers pay your company directly, never us.
