Car hauler dispatch, run by an actual carrier
Almost every dispatch service selling to car haulers is a phone room that has never loaded a car. This one is run by Flawless Freight — an asset-based carrier whose own 9-car Cottrells average $50–60k gross per truck per month. When we dispatch your truck, we're using the same playbook we bet our own diesel on.
The difference
Why "we own trucks" matters to your board
A dispatcher who has never run a truck optimizes for the number that pays them — gross. A carrier optimizes for the number that keeps trucks alive — net per day. Fuel, deadhead, hours-of-service math, deck fit, drop order: we plan your loads around all of it, because it's exactly how we plan our own.
That's also why we're verifiable in a way no dispatch phone room is: look up USDOT 4114501 on FMCSA SAFER and you'll find real power units, real insurance, real history. Ask any other dispatch service to show you their trucks.
What's included
Load board to invoice, handled
- Load sourcing & vetting. Across Central Dispatch, Super Dispatch, Ship.Cars, and Haully — screened for rate, route fit, and broker reliability before your phone rings.
- Multi-car load building. Loads sequenced for legal weight, deck fit, and drop order — engineered for gross per mile, not just filled positions.
- Rate negotiation from data. We know what lanes pay because we haul them.
- One WhatsApp group per truck. You, your driver, your dispatcher. No ticket systems, no time zones guessing.
- HOS-aware planning. With ELD access, loads get planned around your drivers' actual clocks, not wishful thinking.
- Backoffice support. Dispatch sheets, BOL flow, broker packets, and invoicing coordination. Full-service tier adds claims handling, bookkeeping, and reputation building.

How the money works
Fees run 8% of gross (Core) or 10% (Full Service) under your own authority — full pricing breakdown here — billed weekly. Brokers always pay your company directly; we hold no broker license and never touch your freight money. No contract, cancel anytime.
New authority? There's a dedicated program for new MCs.
This service is operated by our dispatch division, LOADS — Load Agent Dispatch Services, the same desk that runs our own fleet.
FAQ
Carrier questions, carrier answers
What makes a carrier-run dispatch service different?
Most dispatch services have never operated a truck. Ours is run by an asset-based carrier — USDOT 4114501, verifiable on FMCSA SAFER — whose own 9-car haulers average $50–60k gross per month. Your board is run with the same lane knowledge and net-per-day math we apply to our own trucks.
What size trucks do you dispatch?
We book 5-to-9-car haulers only. We don't dispatch hotshots or 1–4 car setups — the multi-car load-building that makes the fee worth paying needs a 5-car deck or bigger.
Is there a contract?
No. Onboarding is not a contract — dispatch runs week to week and you can cancel anytime. Fees are billed weekly, and if we're not making you more than we cost, fire us.
Who receives the broker payments?
You do, always. Brokers pay your company directly — we never touch your freight payments. We hold no broker license, so we legally can't sit between you and your money.
